The Sirians have been doing double duty on tactical on both gates and grids. We have proof. You need to be more proactive and contribute more. Sirians are earning double rewards faster because you're slacking.
Many hands make the work Light, as in Light Tech. Be a team player. Most Sirians have not had a vacation, break, or time off because of this. It is not fair. I know several Lyrans who go on vacation too much, or work on projects that are not important to the Federation.

Remember to spot check the following days after you've completed your tactical. It makes a difference.
